Opel Manta 400 - 1985, Gr. B - Reinhard Hainbach/Wolfgang Peuker
Original

In the 1980s, Wolfgang Peuker drove a normal Opel Manta road car himself and the Manta 400 seemed like an unreachable dream car to him. But then in 2013, this Manta was for sale and he grabbed it, not knowing its history which came as a plesant surprise later. A complete restauration began and in 2014 it came out of Wolfgang’s workshop in its new and old Jim Beam livery, just as it was driven by Sepp Haider in 1985. Mehr >

Original

George Vasilakis has been rallying since 2016, mainly in Greece, of course, both in modern cars such as a Ford Fiesta Rally2 and in historic ones too. He was able to acquire the original Droogmans 911 SCRS and is driving it for the first time at the Eifel Rallye Festival. BMW 2002 ti - 1972, Gr. 2 - Wolfgang Schröder/Peer Cialla
Warmbold

This BMW was built by Detlef May over many years of painstaking work, and Wolfgang Schröder drove it in numerous rallies with Detlef. Over the last three years, Wolfgang and his new co-driver Peer have restored it even further to its original 1972 condition with an Alpina engine, Getrag gearbox, exhaust system and other small parts. Rather than trying to make the car look like new with new parts and a new paint job, they are embracing the Slowly Sideways philosophy of preserving a certain patina. Mehr >
