Nachdem ein Freund von Jan Los schon das rot-silberne S2 Coupé von SMS (Schmidt Motorsport) hat, fehlte noch eine Kopie des zweite Wagens des Teams der 1993 in Neuseeland fuhr und blau-silbern war.

Konrad Schmidt und seiner Firma SMS schickten zwei Audi S2 nach Neuseeland. Einen mit dem originellen Kennzeichen SMS 1 fuhr Sepp Haider und schied mit Getriebeschaden aus, der Ersatzwagen mit Kennzeichen SMS 2 ging an den Einheimischen Malcolm Stewart und der fuhr ihn auf Platz zwanzig.

After a friend of Jan Los already has the red-silver S2 Coupé of SMS (Schmidt Motorsport), a copy of the second car of the team that drove in 1993 in New Zealand was missing which was the blue-silver livery of Malcolm Stewart.

Yesterday: Malcolm Stewart/Doug Parkhill, New Zealand Rally 1993
Konrad Schmidt and his company SMS sent two Audi S2 to New Zealand. Sepp Haider drove one with the funny number plate SMS 1 and retired with gearbox damage, the replacement car with the number plate SMS 2 went to the local Malcolm Stewart and he drove it to place twenty overall.

Après le Coupé S2 de SMS (Schmidt Motorsport) rouge-argent, il manquait une copie de la deuxième voiture de l'équipe que conduisait Malcolm Stewart en 1993 en Nouvelle-Zélande avec sa décoration bleu-argent ce qu'un ami de Jan Los a réalisé.

Konrad Schmidt et son entreprise SMS ont envoyé deux Audi S2 en Nouvelle-Zélande. Sepp Haider en a conduit une avec la plaque d'immatriculation originale SMS 1 et a abandonné sur problème de boîte de vitesse. La voiture de remplacement portant la plaque d'immatriculation SMS 2 a été pilotée par le régional Malcolm Stewart et termina à la vingtième place.
