The eBay auction (302025738859) has begun.

Audi Quattro, Opel Manta, Lancia 037, MG Metro, Peugeot 205 T16, Ford RS200 - miniature versions of all these Group B supercars are shown side by side on the "Group B Memorial Plaque", a one-off souvenir made by Bernd's Rally Miniatures exclusively for the Eifel Rallye Festival. The plaque was officially revealed during the Welcome Evening and there it was signed by all VIP drivers taking part in the event including former World Champions Walter Röhrl, Miki Biasion and Stig Blomqvist.

After the Eifel Rallye Festival, this unicum will serve for a good purpose. It will be auctioned on eBay and the proceeds achieved during the auction will be given to a local charity project called "Bürger für Bürger e.V.". The organisation was founded for the people in the community of Daun in 2012. The aim of its members is to support elderly people in the region since it is thought desirable that such people should carry on living in their own homes for as long as possible. Members of the organisation assist with chores like mowing the lawn, cutting the hedge or shovelling snow as well as taking care of people inside their homes.
